Subscription License
This application is provided as a subscription-based software license. Access to the system does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, design, database structure, branding, intellectual property, or any underlying technology to JMD ExcelSolutions Dot In or to any individual user.
Authorized Use
This application is licensed only for internal business use by JMD ExcelSolutions Dot In and its authorized staff, for managing telecom project operations, records, workflows, and related reporting.
Ownership And Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the software platform, customizations, source code, workflows, screens, reports, documentation, and related intellectual property remain with JMD ExcelSolutions Dot In unless separately agreed in writing. Users receive only a limited right to access and use the system during the active subscription period.
Restricted Access
- Access is limited to authorized users with valid credentials issued for business use.
- Users must keep login credentials confidential and must not share accounts or passwords.
- All activity may be logged for security, audit, compliance, and operational review.
No Redistribution Or Resale
- Copying, sublicensing, selling, renting, leasing, distributing, hosting, or providing this software to any third party is not authorized.
- Use by any company, client, vendor, contractor, or organization other than JMD ExcelSolutions Dot In requires written authorization from JMD ExcelSolutions Dot In.
- Branding, license notices, developer credits, and usage restrictions must not be removed or altered.
- No user or organization may claim ownership, exclusive rights, resale rights, or transfer rights over this software because of subscription payments, usage, configuration, or deployment.
Confidentiality And Data
The system may contain confidential operational, commercial, billing, customer, site, and project information. Users are responsible for handling this data according to company policy and applicable law.
Prohibited Actions
- Unauthorized sale, external usage, public deployment, or commercial reuse.
- Reverse engineering, bypassing access controls, tampering with audit logs, or attempting unauthorized database access.
- Using the system to upload malicious files, disrupt service, or compromise data integrity.
Enforcement
Unauthorized usage, non-payment, expired subscription, or breach of these terms may result in suspension of access, investigation, removal of deployment rights, and legal action where applicable. Continued use of this system indicates acceptance of this usage policy.
